While we are registered in South Africa, we operate with a truly global perspective. We currently have a diverse network of expert consultants and Advisory Board members based in Zambia, South Africa, Kenya, Egypt, and the United Kingdom. Our mission is to "democratise leadership" across the globe. To achieve this, we are establishing regional "Leader Factory Hubs" and strategic digital partnerships to support corporations, governments, and NGOs on every continent.


Unlike traditional programmes that focus on personality traits or motivational speeches, diagnostic leadership is a systemic science. It treats leadership as a replicable and teachable process rather than a rare talent. We provide leaders with analytical tools to identify and resolve the specific "people roadblocks" that prevent teams from achieving ambitious goals.

The TASK Framework is our core diagnostic tool, representing four key variables: Time, Actions, Size, and Knowledge. It helps leaders move away from the "blame game" by reframing team complaints into diagnostic questions. For example, instead of seeing a lack of motivation, a leader might use TASK to discover a misalignment in priorities (Time) or a lack of specific skills (Knowledge).

Traditional programmes often focus on individual charisma and produce a single "trained" person or a few talented people. GLF focuses on building a "Collaborative Operating System" within your entire organisation. Our goal is to create a "replicating culture of leadership" that is self-sustaining and not dependent on external trainers or a few "heroic" individuals.
